Chris was a great mortgage broker to work with. He was prompt with his responses and available on weekends and evenings. He was thorough and organized to ensure everything went smoothly and never felt rushed. He was approachable and explained all the details in terms we would understand. Before we met Chris we were in a rent to own program and it really seemed that after our three years were up and it was time to purchase the investor never really had any intention on selling, we tried several other mortgage brokers some looked at our situation and said there was nothing they could do and some looked at our situation and just never contacted us back. We tried real estate agents, friends and family for advice. They all just simply told us to walk away from the $53,000.00 that we already had invested into the property. That was not an option for me. We ended up getting Chris Kyrou’s phone number through the property Management agent. I don’t think he realized how efficient Chris was going to be and that, that would be the last number we needed. After sitting down with Chris and going over everything he had us signing papers for possession of our new house in about a months time, which clearly through the investor off because he no longer had our down payment as he had no intentions of selling. I do recall Chris getting quite upset with our property management agent about how he can do this to people, just take their money and then throw them to the street. That shows a lot of someones character for him to care that much and do everything and anything he could to get us into the house that we worked so hard for. It’s unfortunate that there is only the option of a five star rating because Chris definitely deserves a 10.
